Sparkling Basil Lemonade

Fresh basil makes a fabulous partner to lemon in this sophisticated and cooling thirst‑quencher.

  • 1 3/4 cups (425 mL) Tropicana® Lemonade
  • 4 large fresh basil sprigs
  • Kosher salt
  • 2/3 cup (150 mL) Montellier Sparkling Natural Mineral Water
  • Ice cubes
How to make it

  1. Place basil and a pinch of salt into each of two highball glasses. Using muddler or back of wooden spoon, press to release juices.
  2. Half‑fill glasses with ice cubes. Divide lemonade between glasses. Top with sparkling water; stir to combine.

Tip: If desired, use juice to make ice cubes to avoid watering down your beverage!
